My Family: See "My Story" below.

My Story: I had a wonderful childhood. I lived in the same area where I live now, surrounded by family and friends. Now I do admit I got a little crazy from time to time in my life - made some really poor choices and suffered the consequences - but God gave me the gift of mercy through His Son Jesus, who set me free from sin! God put David in my life during my junior year of high school. He had always been my neighbor, my friend - now he's my husband, my best friend, and my rock. Our life has been full of ups and downs, but we always had love and joy on our little farm on the prairie. We are blessed with three children (Ryan, Gayla, & Charles) who are all married and continue to add beautiful grandchildren to our extended family. This year marks 22 years since being diagnosed with Oseogenic Sarcoma (a bone forming cancer). This past December, I've been cancer free for 19 years! Sometimes life is hard, but God is so good! Each day is a gift.

My Favorites: Being with my grand babies, singing, playing the piano, antiquing, garage sales, tea parties, walks, gardening, cooking, Little House on the Prairie, Andy Griffith Show, Deal or No Deal, home movies, Jane Austin books, my husband Dave.

My Verse: I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. --Philippians 4:13
